We add up every title and every lost final, weighted by how big the tournament is: a Libertadores or a Champions League is worth more than a domestic cup. All-time covers the whole history, and Overall blends All-time with Current. Current only looks at what was won in the last 5 seasons (100/80/60/40/20% by recency), so a recent title moves the Overall view a lot: today a recent champion with little history can make the top 10.
Europe's current view is the official UEFA club coefficient: it is not computed here, we use it exactly as UEFA publishes it.
